Dietrich Brüggemann once again presents a critique of social values and attitudes, this time focusing on the generation of 30-somethings who appear to have it all, yet fail in their attempts to achieve their set ideals. Despite its characteristic barbed tone, the provocative filmmaker’s new picture is a testimony of love and the responsibility that comes with it, likewise of the endeavour not to lose sight of it.
