En un pueblecito llamado Paradise City se ha descubierto petróleo, por lo que una poderosa compañía de crudo decide apoderarse del terreno cueste lo que cueste. Hasta el pueblo llega un campesino que dice haber comprado una parcela en la que pretende cultivar cebollas. A pesar de ser un personaje muy pacífico, es capaz de enfrentarse, únicamente él, a todos los jefes de la industria. (Warner Bros. España)

I don’t like onions very much, but the stinky Onion Jack is irresistible. An amusing goof where a properly thrown onion is better than a gun. They haven't shown it on for a long time, but I still remember the onion throwing.

A western spaghetti topped with a thick onion sauce. The parody story about a guy who doesn't smell nice to everyone and can make even the most hardened gunslinger cry just by walking into a saloon smelled very good to me. Especially the idea of treating all the fights between the onion man and the others as classic slapstick was great. Franco Nero reminds us of Terrence Hill, Castellari in the director's chair makes fun of Leone, Corbucci and co., bizarre characters like the oilman with a mechanical arm or the engineer with the look of Adolf Hitler, the smell of onions adds even more craziness, the boys are great too... Not a major achievement, but solid entertainment.
