Ex-cop turned ex-con Ray Mercer (Peter Weller, Robocop) travels to Las Vegas to win back his estranged wife (Tia Carrere, Wayne's World). But when he wins $450,000 at a casino owned by Rebecca's blackhearted boyfriend, Steve Atlas (Dennis Hopper, Speed), the casino is robbed, and the police think Mercer is on it. Mercer is hurled into a whirlwind of danger in this explosive adventure.
