After a drought begins in Denver, farmers from South Park are offered to create a streaming service to supply water in exchange for money. Stan Marsh and Tolkien Black create popsicle stick boats to prove that the streams flow to Denver; however, they begin to get greedy. (Paramount Home Entertainment)

Está prácticamente al nivel de los episodios más flojos de la última serie, desgraciadamente también en cuanto al número de chistes, lo cual es triste teniendo en cuenta la doble duración. Los cineastas ya están un poco perdidos, incluso el mensaje llega aquí un poco tarde.
