Cuenta la historia de un hombre, ex propietario de un club nocturno de Paris que se embarca en una complicada misión. Tras enterarse del asesinato de uno de sus mejores amigos debe viajar hasta Hong Kong, para rescatar al hijo de éste y poder salvarlo de la mafia china. This kind of expressive humor with elements of burlesque, on which Christian Clavier has built his career primarily, simply doesn't sit well with me. The humor also stems from parodying the Hong Kong action school, but again, that's something I don't like. It's difficult to try to exaggerate something that is already a farce itself. The whole range of comic situations is not well executed, and there are many dull moments in the film. The strength lies in the star-studded cast, and I would be lying if I said I didn't laugh at all, but there were only a few of those situations. An inconsistent film that failed due to a weaker screenplay. Overall impression: 40%.
