Lindsay Lohan starts off really slowly after a bit of a hiatus, in a bland Christmas movie with an even blander theme: memory loss and realising what's important and true in life. Falling for Christmas suffers in particular from a shallow script and a not entirely happy casting (especially in the case of George Young), while at the same time it's so cloying in places that it makes your teeth hurt., or your eyes. The nice locations and references to Mean Girls didn't save it.
