When straitlaced, yuppified G-man John Buckner (Kiefer Sutherland) is assigned to escort ex-60's hippie radical Huey Walker (Dennis Hopper) to the federal pen for past crimes, the agent finds that the old burnout is a little more cagey than he counted on.
