Sinopsis(1)
Los Pingüinos Emperador nacen para cantar y de esa manera encontrar a su alma gemela. Todos menos el pequeño Mumble, que resulta ser el peor cantante de su país, pero en cambio es un excelente bailarín de claqué. El problema es que ser bailarín no está bien visto en su tierra y se siente rechazado, así que Mumble decide que lo mejor será marcharse a conocer el mundo que hay más allá de las tierras de los Pingüinos Emperador. En compañía de 'Los amigos de Adelie' y de un pingüino chiflado llamado Lovelace, Mumble comenzará un viaje lleno mágicas aventuras y enseñará a todos los Pingüinos Emperador que siendo fiel a uno mismo puedes conseguir cualquier cosa que te propongas.
