Huyendo de Los Bestias, los matones del colegio, Bastian decide esconderse en la biblioteca para una vez más volver al mundo de Fantasía. Los jóvenes gamberros encuentran el libro donde Bastian se esconde y observan que tiene el poder de cambiar la historia ya que las últimas hojas del libro están en blanco. El mundo de Fantasía da un vuelco y deja de ser el maravilloso mundo que el protagonista recordaba, para convertirse en un mundo sucio y de destrucción. (Sogepaq Distribución)

From all aspects, a messed-up movie that should be marked as not suitable for children in an attempt to cultivate their taste. Terrible script and execution. Complete degeneration of the original idea of the literary NeverEnding Story. If Ende, as the author of the source material, had very serious objections even to the above-average first film, then this impressive mess most likely brought him to the grave, as he died a few months after the premiere. Overall impression: 5%.

This is so bad I wouldn't even include it in our Vomit Screen film club program, which focuses on the worst B-movies. The creators of this shite should be served as an appetizer to the Rockbiter.

This is a horrible sequel that has lost any shred of judgement. The Child Empress is played by a twenty-year-old, and the original inhabitants of Fantasia more closely match the character designs of the later animated series. Even the antiquarian Coriander was suspended as a librarian in the school. Pointless pop culture references, unnecessary shopping mall scenes... Weak, very weak. Unfortunately, Ende lived to see it.

This is really bad. The story itself is pathetic, but here no one understood the magic of the first film. It's a farce with fairytale scenery that takes place in the contemporary world. Recognizing young Jack Black is not a victory. But that's not the whole cringeworthy movie that incredibly naively tries to evoke emotions.
