Two Vietnam Vets return to L.A., one stable enough to undertake a posting to the L.A.P.D., the other had been affected by the war violence. He now has just one purpose in life, that is to teach them who spit on the brutality of life. Eventually the two Vets meet again, one a cop, the other, THE EXECUTIONER.
