The only problem with Mission Kashmir is that only Sanjay Dutt has a strong performance. Everything else falls on the shoulders of beginner Hrithik Roshan, through the lackluster Preity Zinta to the total mockery that is Jackie Shroff. Yet it started so nicely - the outline of a typical situation of the intrepid Inayat Khan, who almost acts like a real hero, had no weak moments. Unfortunately, what followed was just grey and ruin. It’s no wonder Bollywood hadn't made a dent in the world back then. But the eve of change with a capital Z was approaching.
