The positive feeling this film irradiates is more contagious than the mumps, but is James Stewart who deserves the most praise, his dreamy and smiley nice guy is the Forrest Gump of the 1950s; it’s a shame that the story is not very original and doesn’t go anywhere in the last 20 minutes, wasting the enormous potential of an imaginary friend that teaches people how to appreciate life and important values. 70%

I hadn't seen a James Stewart movie in a long time, so I was glad to see one again. And James did what he always does. He completely captivated me. James Stewart is one of the best actors in history because his acting is just incredibly human and it doesn't matter if he's in a comedy, drama, western, or thriller. He always handles it perfectly. Plus, he got an entertaining and clever screenplay in this one.
