inglés A parody set to the sounds of czardas, full of truly funny moments and allusions to horror vampire classics, led by the excellent master of parody Leslie Nielsen, who knows very well how to entertain the viewer. Then there's the slightly different Van Helsing, who has fun intimidating students during dissections, or Dracula's crazy sidekick Renfield, who from time to time doesn't mind some of those leggy vermin from the ground. In short, one of the more hilarious parodies that doesn't reach the top of its genre, but it's easily enough for a solid 3*. ()

inglés Like a seesaw. Some passages are brilliant even after repeated viewings, and the cast, including Brooks, is flawless, but I still can't shake the feeling that much, much more juicy blood could have been sucked out of the material. But that's Brooks for you, he has a divine talent for comedy, but he often seems to tread on it, putting himself unnecessarily in the position of a mere lascivious, incompetent provocateur. Still funnier and more tasteful than the incomprehensibly cult-classic Blazing Saddles... ()
