I'll end up being slightly kind towards the third installment of this series, although I don't think it has significantly improved. Basically, with each installment, the question arises whether the barbershop will remain in its place or not. Here, it's further upgraded with the issue of gangs, which actually works quite well. Occasionally, it's also humorous, but not all that often...
