I will ultimately be slightly kind to the third part of this series, even though I don't think it has moved significantly anywhere. Essentially, each part must address whether the barber shop remains in its place or not. Here it is upgraded with the issue of gangs, which works quite well. It is occasionally funny, but not too much again.
