Jane comunica a su novio Greg su decisión de mudarse a un apartamento que heredó de su tía, a pesar de las objeciones de éste. Pero Jane tenía sus razones: nunca había tenido un cambio en su vida y esta era la oportunidad perfecta para independizarse. Al llegar a su nuevo hogar, es recibido por la Sra. Marta, su anciana vecina del primero que la pone al corriente de la vida del resto de sus vecinos. The American-Canadian movie The Fourth Floor was dominated primarily by the performance of Juliette Lewis. She keeps you entertained and watching the whole time because you fear something bad will happen to her, and you want her to stand up to the evil, whatever form it takes. Well, she does exactly that. Unfortunately, in other respects, The Fourth Floor does not go beyond the average suspense thriller despite the fact it is not that bad.
