A beautiful film. Perhaps one of the most beautiful in recent times. Really. And I always have a big problem with commenting on such films. The Coens, who brought us No Country for Old Men a few years later, should immediately hang up their yarmulkes, because this is a modern, sensitive western story with sophisticated characters, dialogue, atmosphere and a plot that is interesting every second, as it should be. Tommy Lee Jones behind the camera definitely surprised me. I hope he goes back there again soon. And the music by Marco Beltrami... Wow. This is certainly not the last time I am going to watch The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada. Great, great, great. ()
