Evil Bong is classically bad in a Band-esque way, but because it's so hilariously absurd, it's actually quite enjoyable to watch. The characters are not interesting, so Band does the only thing that will keep your attention. Yes, the film contains quite a few scantily clad scenes that make watching it more enjoyable, but it lacks more of the effects that are so typical of Band's style. It's a shame, because the film could have been at least a little more watchable.
