The story of a little boy who only talks in sound effects instead of spoken words. With a story by Dr. Seuss (and Bill Scott of Rocky and Bullwinkle fame), this cartoon won the 1950 Oscar for best short subject (animated) and was also nominated for the BAFTA Film Special Award 1952. (Anifilm)
