I’m not one of those who fears every remake in the works, but I was a bit wary of Shutter because I consider the original one of the few truly good Asian ghost stories. The American version is not terrible, but the original remains unsurpassed and therefore the remake feels redundant. I still remember the tremors of terror while watching the original Shutter, here I didn’t even feel a chill down my spine; basically, in terms of horror, it’s very weak, but it’s watchable. Average 50%.

¿Pacey y un thriller de horror? Por qué no, pero podría haber elegido mejor. Clona no me ha hecho reír, ni asustado, ni asustado. No es un mal horror, pero no logra mantener al espectador en tensión constante y algunas escenas de susto no tienen efecto. El último veinte minutos que aclara el pasado de los personajes principales es excelente y casi cómico. Tres estrellas más débiles.
