A wannabe convoluted story that to be intellectually wrapped up at the end in order to leave the viewer in ultimate confusion, while the last few minutes are unbearably long advertising nonsense without any substance. The initially relatively well-built intimate drama about a traumatized woman gradually falls deeper and deeper into a swamp from which not even the attractive Uma Thurman or the teenage Evan Rachel Wood can rescue it. The attempt to be interesting truly did not succeed this time.
