En cierta ocasión, no hace mucho, una pequeña banda de músicos integrada por policías egipcios viajó a Israel. Fueron a tocar en una ceremonia de inauguración pero, debido a la burocracia, la mala suerte, o a cualquier otro motivo, se quedaron perdidos en el aeropuerto. Trataron de arreglárselas por su cuenta, tan sólo para verse en una pequeña ciudad israelí desolada, casi olvidada, en algún lugar en pleno desierto. Una banda perdida en una ciudad perdida. No hay muchos que recuerden esto. Tampoco fue tan importante. (Manga Films S.L.)

A slightly comedic melodrama in which seemingly nothing happens, yet it's full of stories presented to the audience without unnecessary chatter, but with a proper dose of dry humor. I laughed the most during the three-way date with the imaginative use of a handkerchief and a bottle of schnapps. While watching the film, I became convinced, among other things, that Arabic is indeed a beautiful language of soundscapes, and that the catchy rhythms of local traditional music can provide a strong positive energy.
