París, 1910. Raul, un apasionado inventor y su mejor amigo, Emilio, convierten durante un experimento un pequeño insecto en un monstruo gigante. El "monstruo" huye por los tejados de Paris y se encuentra con Lucille, una bella cantante, que lo esconde, haciéndolo pasar por uno de los músicos de su grupo. Mientras, salta la alarma en la ciudad y todos se alían para intentar capturar al "monstruo". Lucille, con la ayuda de Raul y Emilio, protegerán a este nuevo ser que, en realidad, es un bicho muy simpático... y con un especial talento para la música! (Betta Pictures)

If it weren't just another variation of "The Phantom of the Opera," I might have been willing to give it more credit because the animation is definitely not bad. But in terms of the plot, it just felt weak to me, just a chase after a monster with all the classic elements you'd expect from a similar film. The characters are fine, but I didn't find them great either.
