Julianne Moore plays a very solitary teacher who has a lot of sensitivity. She tries to vent it in the play of her former student, who otherwise has no chance of succeeding. She decides to present his rather controversial play as a high school drama. It is a comedy that is not very funny, a drama that is too trivialized, and moreover, it is all surprisingly predictable. When I watched Julianne Moore, I felt like she could even handle the role of Mason Verger in "Hannibal". It may not be very flattering, but I still like that woman. She just shouldn't wear her hair pinned up.
