Sinopsis(1)

I've been eyeing this movie, I'm pretty disappointed after watching it. The story is pretty lame, with almost no plot and no heartfelt drama either. I don't mind Zac Efron as an actor, but I'm not sure he was the right man for the role. ()

inglés I have only seen Zac Efron here for the second time and I have to say that he didn't bring me much joy. With Michelle Pfeiffer, he was perhaps the best duo in the movie "New Year's Eve", but "The Lucky One" is not a film that stands out. Moreover, I don't believe that Zac Efron is the prototype of a soldier who has just returned from Afghanistan. He seems more like the type who would cry when someone hits him. I'm not saying that I am a military veteran, but at least I don't pretend to be one. His boyish face doesn't suit tough guys, yet his macho behavior is still emphasized. However, the film is nothing more than a cliché. A soldier takes a picture of a woman from his deceased friend, falls in love with her, walks across the States to find her, and eventually works for her on her farm. He tries to make her fall in love with him, but the problem is that she is married. But who cares, her husband is a real jerk, arrogant and evil. The heroic soldier has plenty of room, and the audience will support him because, among other things, he gets along with animals and his beloved's child. How does it end? You can probably guess. Don't expect anything more, don't expect a great romance, just an ordinary average that probably won't impress you, but may please sensitive souls. inglés A quite boring affair. Zac Efron seems to be a pretty charismatic actor, but he’d benefit from a role more interesting than this one, portraying a soldier who’s just returned from the Near East. The beginning kicked off nicely but then it slowed to the point where I wondered whether I still had a pulse. ()
