Evil Bong 3: The Wrath of Bong rides the coattails of the previous films; it's expectedly bad, and Charles Band doesn't even try to make this one interesting in any way. It still has pretty good puppets and designs, but the new evil bong isn't anything groundbreaking anymore; it's just another vessel with a slightly futuristic design. This installment didn't offer me anything that I would truly praise about it.
