Ugh... My remaining functional brain cells took another break, so instead of watching the second episode, I skipped to the third one. What struck me as strange was that I only realized it after the end credits because the plot largely continued from the pilot episode. The story seemed slightly better to me, but it only reinforced my belief that British society is seriously ill, and I don't see any hope for improvement.
