Children are a subject that simply never gets boring, and when you add some emotions to it, it just can't disappoint. That's what the movie "Paraphernalia" counts on and it's quite successful at it. Most of the time, it's just pleasant, but occasionally something comes along that turns it into a truly beautiful experience.
