inglés Definitely not a bad movie, in fact I had a good laugh at some of the scenes. On the other hand, I felt that the director/writer was trying to convey as much information as possible, to cover the subject matter as much as possible, but instead it was more to the detriment of the film. So it felt to me that the film was trying to look vast in scope, deep, but it stays on the surface and the viewer doesn't have much chance to connect with anyone properly, or rather to "soak up the atmosphere", as it jumps from one scene to another without a proper transition. But it's got great pacing; it's first and foremost a comedy, so the viewer probably doesn't need to get particularly close to the setting... The performances were great and it was really fun to see what kind of shenanigans Toma was up to. And the best thing about him was that even though he was in the middle of it all, he wasn't an idiot, nobody was. And that's very appealing, since it's not usual in films of this type. Sometimes I was pleasantly surprised by the way the camera was able to play with the set. A good film, but unfortunately I came away from it feeling a bit empty – apparently today wasn't a day I was in the mood for it. A very good 3 stars. ()

inglés Another beautiful madness that arose from the imagination and abilities of Takashi Miike. This man is simply incredible and he is able to turn manga into a film in such a way that you will either be left speechless or you will be shaking your head. I am left speechless because even in this case, it works and it is action-packed, entertaining, and rough. ()
