A brilliantly executed story that no artistic director would be ashamed of, plus it all in the stylization of Japanese theater that intertwines with reality unbelievably. Takashi Miike couldn't resist scenes that will be etched into your memory. One of them is truly dreadful, but that's what a horror should be like. And this one is like that. Harsh, dark, the kind that gets under your skin and gives you chills.
