I like that it's quite a gritty film where those blows really do hurt. The story is not surprising in any way, but it is interesting in how gritty it is. I also like the cast, with Patrick Wilson being one of my favorite actors. The role of sheriff suited him. Moreover, Ian McShane perfectly complements him, but it's John Leguizamo who really brings the darkness to the table.
