Just as Spencer thinks his plans to bring football to Vegas are gaining momentum, Candace Brewer, an executive from the league office, requests a meeting. Candace is against the move, and doesn't like Spencer, either. She warns him not to make an "enemy of the league." He realizes he needs allies, so he promises Oakland that he'll bring 300 million in private financing to ensure the team can move to the city. Joe tries to talk Reggie out of endorsing High Powered. But during a meeting at the company headquarters, they both get high on their supply of designer weed candies.

After hiding from Amber fails, Ricky tries to prove that he's not the father of her unborn child, but TTD proves that their first encounter lines up with the date her doctor says she conceived. Charles is upset with Siefert after the GM takes credit for his ideas. He's also frustrated by tension between Siefert and Coach Berg, and doesn't want to get caught in the middle. Jason tries to get Kisan Teague a new deal with Indianapolis, but Kisan's involvement with some shady business dealings complicate negotiations.
