Suzanne es una ejecutiva siempre ocupada, y cuando su recién enviudada madre viene a visitarla pide a su amiga Tru, una atractiva lesbiana treintañera alérgica al compromiso, que la reciba y enseñe la ciudad. Entre las dos mujeres, y pese a la diferencia de edad, se creará un vínculo muy especial. Algo que a Suzanne, que mantuvo una tortuosa relación con Tru en el pasado, le costará aceptar. A fairly classical tragic romance, with the only difference being that the main characters are women who find their way to each other. Without this aspect and the fact that it's actually quite well-acted, there isn't much point in watching the film because it doesn't bring anything innovative. Thanks to its naturalness, however, it reaches an average level.
