A gritty, sad but compelling story about a little girl who is found by a locker in the metro and raised by a woman who is the head of the local loan shark gang. Once she becomes a teenager she is sent on missions, but everything goes wrong once she falls in love with a young debtor. Is love or family stronger? Here love wins and the main character is completely against everyone (her family and the gang). This is really a thriller with a capital T, lots of characters die here in an unexpected order and in a rather harsh way (probably the reason for it being included in a horror festival). A decent and suspenseful ride from the second half onwards. Decent. 75%.

I kind of thought it would just be about a girl raised by a gang of Korean Chinese who finds herself in a bind because she loves the guy she's supposed to kill, but that only happens in one part. What follows is quite a good revenge story, presented in a very human, moderate, and well-executed manner. I'm getting more and more into the Koreans.
