Season one: A successful spin-off. The characters may not be as nice as Darabont’s at first, but at the end he tosses the excellent Strand into the mix, and I’m still very intrigued about how he turns out. Due to a small budget, the initial massacres are still slightly out of reach of the main characters, but we get our share of US Army vs. Zombies all right. L.A. is a large orange soda with visually impressive roads, sea and cliffs. I’m still rooting for the first family, but that’s not to say I won’t change my mind in time.
