inglés Where some anime series need twelve or more episodes to tell a story, Studio Deen managed to cram it into twenty-five minutes. A girl meets another girl singing; then, a little later finds out that this strange girl is her new classmate Haru. Both girls love to sing and this brings them together despite their initial disagreements. Also, because they are good at singing, they decide to enter a competition. They both have some issues, and one major revelation at the end could ruin the whole concert and the girls' collaboration for good, although all is well that ends well. It reminded me of Hanayamata, albeit with singing instead of dancing. The main characters are pretty similar too, so I can say that Haru was pleasantly goofy, and I quite liked her. However, it is a rushed thing and while it was nice to watch (and while I would not say I like singing much, I liked it here), it certainly did not grab me as much as if the girls had been given more screen time and could have charmed me within a regular, say, twelve-part anime series. So I cannot award this more than four stars. I hope that perhaps in the future, there will be more because even though this is mostly about cuteness, I need such shows to develop my mental balance sometimes. ()
