inglés If we were to rate which film needs the most accidents and happy circumstances to fulfil its plot, Remember would be at the top of the rankings. Really, the fact that this revenge worked out more or less the way it was planned is a miracle. But if we leave aside the “likelihood criteria” from the rating (I don’t know how else to call it), the script is great. The highlights are the visit to the third Kurlander and, of course, the climax. ()

inglés I think that a movie like Remember really shows what a quality drama at the top level looks like. This is the line separating average dramas and unforgettable ones. And this movie is exactly at the topmost level of quality. And, of course, the praise should go not just to the screenplay itself, which manages to surprise several times, but also to Christopher Plummer, who plays the character of a demented and forgetful old man (he’s 88!) so amazingly, that I feel sad not many people talk about him. I had a recommendation for this film from reviewers Big Bear and gogo76, so thank you guys. I completely agree with their reviews. There is nothing more to say. ()

inglés [Contains trace amounts of spoilers] It's a shame that this is so hideously, uninterestingly filmed. Just the ending in the garden of the Austrian-style log cabin, which could otherwise have worked as a nerve-wracking clue, looks like something like a female Mountain Medic instead. Dean Norris' Nazi-exploitation again adds an unexpected and probably unintentionally amusing element to the film (I had to pause on his face during the question "Are you a Jew?"). In any case, this time the maze is in service to a script that almost seems to have been stolen from Chan-wook Park's desk 15 years ago. It's gratifying that this is not an old-age appeasement, but instead the characters maintain an unshakable radicalism despite all the stones that age has thrown in their path. ()

inglés Clearly, the main thing is that the film is about an old man trying not to forget what he actually needs to do, but he fails at it all. However, Christopher Plummer is excellent in the role of a vengeful ninety-year-old man. Well, he's already of a good age himself. Surprisingly, the screenplay of this film is not bad, and the individual events are often unbelievably random, but they fit perfectly into the formula. The finale is great. ()
