Ann tiene 23 años y vive junto a su marido y a sus dos hijas en un remolque en un suburbio de Vancouver. Su vida da un giro radical cuando su médico le dice que sólo le quedan un par de meses de vida. Decide mantenerlo en secreto y no decírselo ni siquiera a su marido. Desde ese momento hace una lista con las cosas que le gustaría hacer antes de morir e intentará vivir lo que le queda con la mayor pasión posible. Remarkable performances, a unique story and unsentimental execution in this not-so-subversive, almost touching film dealing with the last months of a young man's life through an intimate lens. There aren't really any downright climactic scenes, but it's a healthily balanced little intimate film that's very easy to miss on the shelf, as it doesn't scream out to the world with brutal advertising, big names, or a big budget, but it has great testimonial value with a kind of medium pacing. One of those films where I feel the book would be much better.
