Thanks to the color and high-quality camera, the film is incredibly enjoyable to watch and, despite its age, it doesn't look bad, which can't be said for much younger films. The special effects sequences are excellent, and it doesn't matter that they consist of miniatures in some places. Additionally, the Moon setting has been beautifully created, not to mention the laser beams that truly seem to cut through the air. It's something a bit different from Honda's work, and I have to say that I really liked this version of sci-fi on the Moon with aliens, even though the aliens themselves are not that great.
