Reykjavik, a city known for its carefree lifestyle and peaceful existence is rocked when two sisters who have been missing for the past three days are found brutally murdered. Edda and Jói, the two best detectives in the police force are tasked to solve the case. The film follows the grief stricken mother dealing with her lost, and the bewildered brother of the lead detective Edda who's dealing with life after prison.
