Sinopsis(1)
Nuestra historia transcurre en Meiro-chou, un pueblecito donde todas las adivinas viven y donde acuden chicas de todo el país para convertirse en la mejor adivina de todas, la “Urara”. Un día, una jovencita llamada Chiya (Sayaka Harada) entra al pueblo para convertirse en la mejor Adivina de todos los tiempos. Chiya conocerá a tres jovencitas: a Kon (Kaede Hondo), seria y honesta, a una fanática de la cultura occidental llamada Koume (Yurika Kubo) y a una tímida chica llamada Nono (Haruka Yoshimura). Urara Meirocho is a cute anime series full of sensitive moments meant to pull at the heartstrings of those with a softer disposition, plus there are a few scenes that "Uncle Pedobear" would enjoy. Of course, it is aimed at fans of kawaii Lolita girls, and I am actually also part of the target group. I do not care if it is logical at all because I do not think about moe issues; I assess the quality by how much of a stupid smile they can put on my face and how cute and emotional I find it. However, let us be honest, I have seen quite a few better shows in this category in terms of cuteness, emotion, and wit, so I am only seeing a slightly better average. It probably helps that I am quite skeptical about fortune tellers and predictions of the future, so I did not find this setting for the classic "cute girls doing cute things" very impressive. 5.5/10.
