The Australian production Blood Hunt is not a big movie, and it is essentially minimalist in its very conception. However, that could be considered an advantage, and any undemanding viewer is going to like it because it is functional within reason. Thus, it is not just the short running time that is pleasing, but the fact that it manages to do what it set out to do on a small budget.
