Over forty years after the release of The Exorcist, director William Friedkin wonders how close his film came to reality. No hay mucho que decir, esta será una de las pocas películas de William Friedkin (bueno, probablemente la única) que prefiero fingir que no he visto... Joder, maestro, ¿qué carajo? Este es un trabajo muy confuso y cuestionable, incluso si fuera un breve extra en el Blu-Ray de El exorcista, y mucho menos como un documental prácticamente largometraje.
