La estudiante universitaria Chitose Karasuma decide seguir los pasos de su hermano mayor y decide convertirse en seiyû, actriz de doblaje profesional. Pero hacerse un hueco en este mundo no será tan fácil como pensaba. Su cara bonita y su desparpajo no serán suficientes para hacerse con un papel importante en alguna producción animada, a pesar de contar con el cuidado y apoyo de su hermano Gojō, que trabaja ahora como productor de Number One Produce. There have already been several anime series about how to make anime, the last one that was quite interesting was Shirobako, for example. So, now we have an anime series about how to do "voice acting" (for the less knowledgeable, let us put it in layman's terms, it is a person whose job is to provide the voices for characters in animations). It is very sentimental practically from the beginning, the actresses overact, and I find the animation very weak and the soundtrack annoying. So even though the subject matter is interesting and even though there is a character who looks like Yuki Nagato from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, I could not give this version a pass, unfortunately. So dropped after the first episode.
