RAÚL, a 75 year-old Uruguayan man works hard as a personal trainer and rugby coach, as he trains to compete in the decathlon at the World Masters'Athletics championship in Finland. The film follows him to the city of Lahti, where Raúl will have a chance to make his dream come true, at an age when most people think that impossible dreams are a thing of the past.
