Hell Fest

An average slasher that had no business being in the cinema. but at home on TV, it's quite watchable and entertaining. The biggest upside is definitely the haunted amusement park of horror, which has solid rides, scary scenes and good make-up effects (I would definitely be scared there too), the likeable female cast and the original mask of the killer, that's where the good stuff ends for me. The biggest downside is the reprehensible lack of gore, the blood is completely forgotten and the murders are among the most ordinary, which is the biggest problem with slasher films. The soundtrack gets annoying after a while and the girls don't show anything, so the only reason to see the film is the great amusement park, which manages to keep your attention, but otherwise it's not worth much. 50% (25.12.2018)
