A very good film with a number of extremely impressive scenes, the excellent Gene Hackman as an officer who gets to know the war more intimately than he would like, and a properly friendly Danny Glover. The finale could have been more dramatic, running away from the bomb blasts is nothing extravagant or exciting, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about. I don't like golf, but this was a great game.
