El guardabosques George Adamson (Bill Travers) no tiene más remedio que matar a una pareja de leones violentos que no hacen más que causar problemas. Su mujer Joy (Virginia McKenna) y él recogen a sus crías, dos de ellas son enviadas a un zoo y la tercera, llamada Elsa, es adoptada por ellos. Pero cuando se hace adulta se ven obligados a enseñarle a vivir libre y a luchar por su vida. (Filmin)

This is a classic for me, taking me back to my childhood. I look at the film a little differently now, but I still can't help thinking that it's absolutely beautiful how nature is portrayed here. Not to mention how the film works with animals, which is absolutely captivating, and the actors alongside them are mostly genuine. Beautiful.
