It is as if the creator saw himself in Sorrentino’s The Great Beauty and tried to film a similar bohemian world but with the addition of smartphone apps. And because I’m somewhere at the border between the worlds with and without apps, I can say that I didn’t get the boy at all and wanted to hit him. Even though I’m a pacifist otherwise.
