Season 1 (2014) (S01)
Four young girls have a Middle School Hero Club in which they help others with various problems. However, halfway through the first episode, they are transported to some crazy colorful dimension. They have been chosen to protect our world from destruction by fighting various monsters (which do not look monstrous at all) with supernatural powers they get by running an app on their mobile phones. It is not explicitly bad. The animation is nice and colorful, and it is clear that it will be mostly about friendship and courage. I would probably be excited if I were a young girl about ten to fifteen years old. However, since I am a man and almost middle-aged, I can say that it is cute, though not in a way that would appeal to me. I have watched two episodes and will perhaps watch more at some point.
